I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and families who are navigating big emotions, behavioral challenges, anxiety, or disconnection at home or school. Many of the clients I support feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure how to communicate their needs, while caregivers want to better understand and support their child. My goal is to help young people feel safe, confident, and empowered while strengthening the relationships that matter most to them.
I provide individual, family, and group therapy using CBT, DBT informed strategies, play based therapy, and parent child relational work. I also have experience facilitating social skills groups, trauma focused groups such as Bounce Back and CBITS, and parent focused interventions using PCIT informed strategies.
