My role is to actively listen, support, & provide guidance as we navigate your unique experiences. I have specialized training in complex trauma & couples work. Ultimately, my goal is to help you cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself. I work with adults, couples, individuals from multicultural groups, & other marginalized people.
I work with many challenges including: anxiety, depression, conflict, self-esteem and personal development, trauma, stress, managing life’s transitions, and relationship conflict.
