You’re human, and you carry many complex emotions. I create a safe & non-judgmental space where you can freely express your thoughts, emotions, and concerns about various aspects of your life without judgement. My approach is rooted in the belief that every individual is deserving of respect, empathy, and understanding. Therapy is a collaborative process, where you are the expert on your own life, and I am here to walk with you along your journey to help you gain valuable insights and tools to navigate it. I am accepting new clients, and I would love to be a source of support for you.
My role is to listen and support you as we navigate your unique experiences. I am a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator and I possess training in Gottman, IFS, complex trauma, and anxiety. I am also pursuing my Ph.D. in Counseling & Psychological Studies. I work with adults, couples, multicultural groups, and individuals from marginalized communities.
I work with people challenged by a variety of things including anxiety, depression, conflict, self-esteem and personal development, trauma, stress, life transitions, and relationship conflict. I believe in the transformative power of therapy, and I would be honored to accompany you on this path of self-discovery. I look forward to meeting you soon!
