My name is Zusje (pronounced SUH-shu). Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, or relationship challenges. You may find yourself stuck in patterns that no longer work or feeling unsure how to move forward. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, build insight, and develop practical tools that support meaningful, lasting change. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to work alongside you in a collaborative and supportive way. I focus on creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Many clients feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or unsure how to move forward. Together we build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop practical skills for lasting change.
