My goal is to be present with you, help you navigate challenges, changes and wade the waves of life you are facing while being grounded. I am here to help you process thoughts, feelings and behaviors for a more fulfilling life. I use a multi-systemic approach of theories, however I am mainly client-centered and use expressive arts in session.
I have been working with youth from ages 10 to adults aged 50+ on the various difficulties life has thrown their way for the last few years. I have worked with clients in crisis stabilization, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, miscommunication, emotional awareness, trauma, and many more experiences.
