Hi! I'm Zuni— a fellow human navigating life's ups and downs who also happens to be a therapist. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, you're in the right place. My approach to therapy is holistic, individualized, and integrative because therapy should be tailored to you, not the other way around—after all, you are the expert in your own life. While I have experience helping clients facing a wide range of mental health concerns, my areas of focus include trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions, particularly within minority populations.
I will provide unconditional support, validation, and a nonjudgmental space to explore difficult thoughts, feelings, and experiences. However, I won’t just sit back and nod—I will also challenge you when needed. Our sessions may include serious conversations, hard work, and uncomfortable feelings, but also laughter, growth, and empowerment.
As a therapist, my goal is to help demystify the uncomfortable—yet completely normal—thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that arise throughout life while empowering clients to create meaningful change.
