Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming and isolating, especially when navigating complex emotions, societal pressures, or systemic inequities. You may feel caught between who you are and who the world expects you to be, longing for relief from chronic stress or a deeper connection to yourself. You don’t have to face this alone. I offer psychotherapy and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), available within therapy or as a standalone, polyvagal-informed, listening-based service that supports nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and connection.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, imposter syndrome, performance anxiety, and challenges related to migration, identity formation, and transracial adoption. My trauma-informed, holistic approach integrates somatic, mindfulness, and nervous-system–based practices to support regulation, resilience, and self-trust.
Sessions are available in English and Spanish, and my work honors your cultural identity, lived experience, and values. Healing is not about fixing what’s broken, but reconnecting with what’s already within you. Your journey can begin with one brave step, and I’d be honored to support you.
