I specialize in Person-Centered Therapy combined with Bowenian Family Therapy as there is strength in identifying and understanding family cycles and triangles in order to differentiate and become your best version of yourself. I provide individual, couples, divorce, premarital , co-parenting , and life cycle change counseling.
I am a Certified Premarital Counselor as well as Certified Anger Management Specialist and skilled in problem solving, critical thinking, mediation, and collaborative solution-driven therapy.
