As a bilingual EMDR therapist serving Latina women in Florida, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Puerto Rico, I help women struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and unresolved trauma. Many of my clients have already spent years in therapy and understand their story, yet still feel stuck in the same emotional patterns, triggers, and exhaustion. Together, we work toward lasting healing and emotional freedom.
Together, we go beyond talking about what happened. As an EMDR therapist specializing in trauma and anxiety treatment, I help your nervous system actually process and release what has been running in the background, so the past stops shaping how you parent, lead, and love. For women who want to go deeper in less time, I also offer an EMDR intensive format.
