You give everything to your sport, school life but who supports you? My ideal client is an athlete or active individual struggling to balance performance demands with emotional well-being. They may face anxiety, burnout, pressure, injuries, or life transitions and want to feel grounded, confident, and supported. They’re seeking tools to manage stress, improve focus, and strengthen their mindset both in and beyond their sport. Their goal is to perform at their best while maintaining mental, emotional, and personal balance.
I provide mental and emotional support for athletes through CBT, ACT, and solution-focused strategies. I help clients manage performance anxiety, injuries, life transitions, and burnout while building resilience, confidence, and balance. I also offer crisis intervention, life-skills support, substance-use assistance, and holistic collaboration with teams.
I know how overwhelming performance pressure and life challenges can feel, and you don’t have to face them alone.
