I enjoy working with couples dealing with any and all of the challenges that come with marriage. I also enjoy working with parents and providing skills for all stages of their childs growth. i have an extensive history working with individuals and couples with an array of clinical needs. I am client-centeredand solution-focused. I also use CBT and Positive Psychology.
I have been in private practice for 8 years and have been in the field for about 12 years. i find true joy in providing my clients with a safe space in order to work towards meeting their own goals, whatever those might be. I also enjoy working with couples as well as providing parent skills to parents in all different stages of parenting.
I enjoy providing clients with a safe, judgement free zone to explore their goals. I have learned the importance of being transparent and honest with my clients and meeting them where they are with little to no expectations of where the journey will lead. My clients are their experts of their lives and sometimes, they just need a safe space.
