My treatment modality is EMDR, CBT, psychodynamic and insight oriented with an emphasis on diagnosing, evaluation, management and treatment to help individuals function optimally outside the therapeutic environment. Based on evaluation and need, I provide services to Individuals, families, adults and couples. Treatment for Complex Traumas, PTSD, Anxiety and Depression.

Navigating daily challenges with work, family and relationships can be stressful. This group will provide support, reframed suggestions and guide you towards making positive changes. I will help you develop insight into how your current strategies for coping have limited you and ways you can improve. This will be a supportive and collaborative group to help individuals develop the confidence to handle their unique situation. This will be a Zoom support group for Adults, that will meet weekly.
