I love working with anyone looking to engage in deep personal healing or who wants to re-discover their unique gifts and authenticity. I am driven to help anyone who feels they have lost their voice, their meaning or their joy due to trauma or difficult life circumstances. Clients I work with are looking to be the best version of themselves not only for themselves, but also for the greater world community. When we are able to function from our authenticity and navigate the world from the central Self- we allow for the healing of those around us simply by living our best lives.
My therapeutic philosophy focuses on restoring the wholeness of each individual. My approach is person-centered and holistic. I meet clients where they are at and help them integrate mind, body and spirit so they can discover their life path and genuine authenticity. I favor mindfulness and somatic practices and navigate the psyche through the lens of IFS.
Embarking on your healing journey is a brave step. I believe that we are all our own greatest healers and I would be honored to join you on your personal healing journey, helping you find your own innate wisdom to transform your life into the life you desire. The world needs YOU.
