Therapy should be a safe place to work on the goals important to each individual, which I strive to provide to all my clients. I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and adults to help promote a better understanding of difficult situations, resolve conflict, define goals, establish healthy life rhythms, and initiate change in their lives.

I am skilled in supporting you through stress, trauma recovery, managing depression and anxiety, addressing the underlying issues for healing, grief and loss, women’s needs, life adjustments and transitions, self-esteem, and anger management.
