I work with Children, Teenagers and Adults who are neurodivergent, ADHD, Autism, have body image and self-esteem issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, identity development, and the LGBTQ+ community. My treatment approaches include a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Art Therapy, Mindfulness, Strength-Based Therapy, and Talk Therapy. I have experience working in schools, community mental health centers, emergency shelters, and equine therapy ranches.
I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from Northern Arizona University. It would be my pleasure to collaborate with you in your journey toward healing, and searching for a therapist is the first step in accomplishing these goals.
