My therapeutic approach is eclectic, drawing from evidence-based therapies such as psychodynamic, attachment-focused, relational/cultural, EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), motivational interviewing, and feminist therapies. All clients 13+ are welcome. I prioritize Health at Every Size (HAES) principles and provide gender affirming care.

I believe that the heart of therapy lies in creating a trusting relationship between client and therapist. I honor the therapeutic alliance and process, and I hope to offer a meaningful and transformative experience in our work together.
