Hi! My name is Zoe, and I am so glad you are here. My passion is to provide therapy for all; all the while creating an emotionally safe, supportive, and open environment. I incorporate DBT therapy in sessions (when I see fit) to help us as humans learn and understand what emotions can do for us and what they mean. As we explore a range of thoughts and emotions through your journey of self discovery, we can open up new doors and perspectives; together. Overall, I hope to provide care for individuals who have suffered in invalidating environments that hope to build a life worth living. I can't wait to start working with you!
I offer treatment for people suffering from anxiety, depression, BPD, anger management, self esteem, trauma, peer relationships and early childhood struggles, and college related struggles. My main approach of therapy is Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) with some Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques.
Please reach out if you are interested/need services! I aim to provide therapy for all sorts of humans from different backgrounds with a humanistic approach- meaning that I believe we can learn to solve our problems by exploring the uniqueness within and changing our thoughts and actions.
