| Español What’s important to know about me as a professional – and a human – is that I fervently believe in the resilience and strength of the human spirit, that we are truly doing the best we can with what we have in any given moment and that feeling our feelings is one of the keys to liberation. My goal as a therapist is to meet you where they are at with curiosity, care, and compassion so that we can collaboratively create a space of exploration, healing, and growth. There is no one-size-fits all approach here; I support you to find what works for you and your life.
Whether you’re struggling with your relationship to your body or food, feeling addicted to technology, having trouble expressing your emotions and desires, having the same argument in your relationships again and again, or wanting to finally free yourself from the “shoulds” to truly live the life you want to be living, I’ve got you.
I specialize in working with older adolescents and young adults, eating disorder recovery and body image challenges, depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, trauma, and developing self-esteem and self-trust. Please set up a free 20-30 minute consultation call to see if working together feels like a good fit! I truly look forward to connecting with you!
