I specialize in trauma and addiction and am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families to process difficult experiences, strengthen communication, build coping skills, and create healthier patterns. My style is warm, relational, and practical.
