Find your balance, together. I offer expert support for eating disorders, body image issues, complex trauma, and high-achieving professionals as a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. I work with people in demanding fields like healthcare, law, aviation, engineering, finance, veterinary medicine, dentistry, tech, and with athletes and dancers who want to find self worth beyond performance. Therapy is a constant exchange between accepting ourselves where we are, while recognizing there is space to grow.
I see many challenges as responses that were once adaptive to past circumstances but have become unhelpful over time. These patterns can keep you feeling stuck or misunderstood. In therapy, we’ll uncover why these responses developed, how they’ve protected you, and work together to create healthier, more supportive ways of moving through your life.
I see clients virtually across all PSYPACT states. I believe the relationship between client and therapist is central to meaningful growth. My goal is to create a safe, warm space where you can openly explore your vulnerability while also feeling empowered in your strengths. Thanks for being here.

Finding a therapist can feel impossible, especially one who truly understands eating disorders and trauma. We will first establish if there are any skills needed to support you as we get to know each other, then we will discuss your understanding of yourself and identity, finally we will figure out ways to combine the two so you can not just survive, but thrive.
