To quote Darcie Wilder, "literally show me a healthy person." With trauma and injustice rampant in our world, anxiety, sadness, and relationship challenges are par for the course. That being said, I know it's not easy to bear.
My hope is to offer non-judgemental support as we deconstruct the patterns that are no longer serving you and explore ways of creating the life you want despite it all.
I particularly enjoy working with adults, teens and couples who are open to questioning what it means to be normal, successful, beautiful, and yes, even healthy.
My style is curious, collaborative, and playful. I balance the intensity of life with warmth, empathy, and humor. I show up as my authentic self so my clients feel safe to do the same. I believe that you (yes, you!) exist separately from the problems you’re experiencing and already possess the strengths needed to move your life in your preferred direction.
Therapy presents an opportunity for reflection and growth. Together we can process events of the past, sit with pain in the present, and unveil a more nuanced description of self that inspires and emboldens your truth.
