No matter what you are facing, you don’t have to carry it alone. Life is filled with many challenges, both good and bad. It is important to feel you are in a comforting and non judgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. I work with a variety of populations and diagnosis ranging from eating disorders to trauma, chronic pain, grief, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, depression, athletes, veterans, first responders, caregivers, support systems, college students, and healthcare workers. No matter who you are, we will gently move towards healing, resilience, and meaningful growth at your pace, with compassion and care.
My work involves individuals, families, and couples using a holistic approach, tailoring to meet each person where they are. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure therapy, mindfulness based practices, motivational interviewing, and blending other evidence-based tools with compassion to support, foster healing, and promote lasting change.
Life holds a wide range of emotions; joy, love, grief, pain, and adversity. Facing these experiences can feel overwhelming and sometimes impossible, but healing begins when we move through them with compassion and support. Starting therapy is often the hardest step, and by being here, you’re already showing courage.
