Reaching out for help can be incredibly difficult, and trusting a therapist with your emotions, struggles, and past experiences takes courage. My first priority is to build trust and get to know you as a person. I want you to feel comfortable, accepted, and free from judgment in our work together. I aim to give you a safe space where you can be yourself, feel heard, and learn new coping skills. I believe therapy can benefit everyone in some way, and it should always be personalized to fit your needs. I may use approaches such as art, play, psychoeducation, DBT informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and supportive maintenance.
I work with individuals ages 12–18 and adults 18 and older. My goal is to support teens and young adults as they discover who they are, make sense of their past and present, and plan for their future. I also believe it’s never too late for anyone to learn more about themselves, work through their experiences, and build a brighter path forward.
