Counseling topics can include, but aren't limited to: anxiety, depression, life changes, AD/HD, and relationship problems. My approach to these concerns involve an eclectic mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused practices to meet my clients where they are and work towards their goals.

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. In my free time, I enjoy being creative, spending time outdoors, and playing a video game or two! Overall, I am passionate about helping others achieve their goals and live the life they wish to!
