As a Gottman trained therapist, I utilize evidence based interventions. What does this mean? Research has shown that classic couples therapy does not work, actually it is better to not have any therapy at all. All interventions I utilize have been researched to repair and enhance your relationship.

Please read or look into the book, The Depression Cure by Dr. Ilardi. This program is a 14 week program specifically designed for people suffering from depression. Please google Dr. Ilardi to see his TED talk to understand the full scope of the program. This can also be integrated into individual therapy as well. The program includes a weekly individual 10-15 min. check via email or phone.
