As a licensed clinical psychologist, I work with children, adolescents, parents, and individuals in the pregnancy and postpartum period. In addition to my private practice, I am a psychologist in New York Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center's pediatric psychiatry department. With warmth and sensitivity, I aim to form a strong therapeutic relationship from which desired change can be effectively achieved. You may be feeling stressed by the demands of your parenting role, life transitions, or by your child’s complicated behavioral and emotional needs.
My therapeutic approach integrates multiple modalities to address individual needs and treatment goals. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Parent Management Training, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), mindfulness, and relational approaches. I often consult and collaborate with schools, additional treatment providers, and caregivers.
I am honored to be part of my patients’ journeys of growth through key stages of identity development. I invite you to reach out to see how my practice may be able to support you.
