Welcome to my practice. I believe that our most challenging moments can be catalysts for profound growth and transformation. Specializing in trauma-informed, attachment-based therapy, I support individuals, couples, and families in navigating life’s complexities. Utilizing modalities such as EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, relationship issues, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I’m here to provide a compassionate and supportive space for healing.
I use a variety of therapy approaches in my work. While my early training was in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I am drawing mainly on the following approaches: 1. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) 2. EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) 3. IFS (Internal Family Therapy). My clinical work is informed by Polyvagal Theory and attachment science.
