Growth looks different for everyone, which is why I believe therapy should be a space where you feel supported through the process at your own pace. My goal is to create an environment where you can show up as you are. A space that feels calm, comfortable, and motivating. I work with a wide variety of clients, including young children, teens, and adults. I use play therapy techniques with younger clients, while also supporting teens and adults through a range of life challenges. I have experience helping clients navigate concerns such as past or present trauma, anxiety, depression, self-harm, OCD, and more.

My approach is flexible and client-centered, drawing from techniques such as TF-CBT, solution-focused therapy, attachment-based work, and psychodynamic perspectives.

With a background in case management, I have worked closely with the juvenile and family court system. This experience has given me knowledge of community resources and supports, allowing me to take a more holistic and community-based approach to care.
