Using EMDR, CBT, and DBT, we work toward clarity, stability, and feeling like themselves again.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and life transitions using EMDR, CBT, and DBT. My approach is trauma-informed and practical — we regulate your nervous system first, then do the deeper work. I offer virtual therapy to individuals and couples, with a free 30-minute consultation to get started.
