I work with clients (including first responders) to tailor therapy that works for them, affirming lifestyle values and utilizing various modalities to assist in the healing process (ERP, CBT, DBT, strength based therapy). Your past helped shape you, but it does not have to determine who you are or will be in the future. This is a marathon, not a sprint- let's do it together.
