I offer a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach, with a focus on EMDR, a therapy that helps your mind and body reprocess difficult experiences so they feel less overwhelming and no longer hold the same weight. I often work with clients navigating life between cultures, family expectations, or systems that haven’t felt safe or affirming—including neurodivergent individuals who may feel misunderstood or exhausted from masking.

My work is integrative and tailored to you, drawing from EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused, and relational-cultural approaches. Together, we’ll move at your pace to make sense of your experiences and begin responding to them in new ways—so you can feel more grounded, connected, and aligned with yourself.
