My practice focuses on trauma, promoting client autonomy, supporting healthy lifestyles, addressing body image concerns, and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. As Co-owner of Calm Waters Counseling Group, I am no longer accepting new clients; however, our practice is home to qualified and specialized clinicians who provide high-quality services.
