One of my great curiosities in therapy is to learn what those terms mean to my clients and how their presence has shaped who they are.
I have a relationship-based approach to highlight why we communicate the way we do and a systemic perspective to identify strengths and barriers to treatment. These approaches are often integrated with MI, CBT, Attachment Theory, and Structural Therapy depending on circumstances of the problem and the needs of the day.
