I am a licensed therapist with 9 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. My approach integrates therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, motivational interviewing. I believe together we can foster a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. With a background in trauma, anxiety, depression, crisis management, and relationship issues. I am dedicated to helping clients develop tools for lasting change.
The first session is mainly about understanding your needs and building comfort. You can ask anything about therapy, the process, or my approach. This is your space. There is no pressure to tell everything at once. Feeling nervous is completely normal.
