I strive to create a space where you feel understood & supported. Sometimes we have an internal dialogue that can be harsh or self-critical, and this can get in the way of our goals. Therapy can help you understand these patterns, quiet the negative voice, in the hope of being more compassionate with yourself. I integrate evidence-based approaches tailored to what you need, while always keeping your emotional safety and empowerment at the center of our work.
I value the role of cultural & identity in the therapeutic process and honor each persons unique story. I am trained in Gottman Method Level 1 & 2 doing couples tx. If you’re seeking to repair connection, improve communication, trying to break unhealthy patterns or need guidance with parenting. Couples work is private pay only and they are longer sessions.

I’m truly passionate, and I am committed to the success and well-being of my clients.
