I use non traditional and holistic methods. It is not talk therapy! It is a multimodal approach to help people resolve strong emotional reactions such as Anxiety and Depression. Trauma isn't something that happens to a few unlucky people on their journey through life. It happens to pretty much all of us, and some of us don't even realize it. Sometimes, we don't even remember it. I am certified in EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Rapid Resolution Therapy, NLP, Brainspotting, Mindfulness Meditation and have developed my own method.
