I am passionate about helping people turn pain from the past into power for the future. Practicing good self-care can seem so secondary when we must juggle school with employment with caring for loved ones and keeping up with housework. Together we will use coping skills, de-cluttering, and time management to put yourself first and improve productivity. I am a therapist who sees other therapists. I also love working with students.

It can feel overwhelming to just start talking about life, so I support my clients in creating timelines, family trees, expressive art, and journals. We practice self-soothing and meditation together. I like to think I am good at understanding things or figuring things out. I’ve been told I am insightful, intelligent, and able to see what others cannot.

I live with fibromyalgia and I have a lot of tattoos, piercings, and body modifications. I have been vegan since 2013 and I am happy to share aspects of identity that feel good. I worked at Hot Topic in the mall for 10 years. I enjoy punk, ska, nu-metal and alternative music from the 80s, 90s, and early 00s. I live with my partner, dog, and our two cats.
