I am passionate about helping people turn pain from the past into power for the future. Practicing good self-care can seem so secondary when we must juggle school with employment with caring for loved ones and keeping up with housework. Together we will use coping skills, de-cluttering, and time management to put yourself first and improve productivity.
It can feel overwhelming to just start talking about life, so I support my clients in creating timelines, family trees, expressive art, and journals. I like to think I am good at understanding things or figuring things out. I’ve been told I am insightful, intelligent, and able to see what others cannot.
I have a lot of tattoos, piercings, and body modifications. I have been vegan for ten years now and I am happy to share aspects of identity that feel good. I enjoy punk, ska, emo, and alternative music from the 80s, 90s, and early 00s. I live with my partner, dog, and our two cats.
