It is my goal to reach as many people that need the life enhancing treatment of eye movement desensitization and reprocessing. I teach in a gentle and nurturing way the most direct path in using EMDR to reduce ptsd symptoms, permanently. This is done through evidence based protocols.

The same pathways that help our brains process our experiences can be gently stimulated with eye movement while we are awake, resulting in a reduction of distress.
