I provide an integrative therapeutic experience by blending evidence-based practices with energetic healing. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and DBT-informed skills to help you shift thought patterns. As a Reiki Master, I also offer energy healing and Mindfulness to bridge the gap between mind and body.
Healing extends beyond our sessions. When I’m not working, I’m hiking with my dog, June Bug, or spending time with my adult children.
