I am passionate about supporting clients experiencing life transitions and serious mental health challenges in understanding their inner experience, navigating their trauma, and celebrating and reinforcing their strengths with a collaborative approach. I particularly enjoy working with young adults, folks with expansive experiences of gender and sexuality, neurodiversity, and those with histories of complex trauma and dissociative symptoms.
I prioritize client agency and collaboration and the healing capacity of the therapeutic relationship. I primarily work from a Parts-focused framework based in Internal Family Systems as well as incorporating EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal-Behavioral-based skills, and somatic interventions.
Seeking mental health treatment can be a long and challenging process. I hope to work with you in taking important steps forward to caring for yourself and accessing the healing ability that already resides within you.
