I am the owner of Zen Therapy Behavioral Health Services. I am an EMDR certified therapist who treats most mental health disorders by addressing the "trauma" that I believe is always at the root of the problem. As a trauma therapist you will find that my definition of trauma is a lot more broad than what most people would think. I describe trauma as little t trauma where smaller but often repetative incidents like attachment wounds impact our behavior, or as big t trauma which are those big catastrophic incidents that most people think of when thinking of trauma. EMDR

I only use EMDR therapy to do targeted work on all types of trauma. EMDR is highly effective on anything from single incident trauma to complex trauma to attachment trauma. I provide relatively short term therapy to help you process issues with trauma. I do not offer talk therapy.
