My goal is to provide support and insight to my clients in order to enhance their intuition so they can feel secure about making decisions that best serve them. I hope to give a different perspective of how transformative mental health counseling can be for everyone. My relationship to my clients means a lot to me and it is important that you feel seen, heard and understood. I work togetther with my clients to best help them achieve their goals. I am empathetically direct, and I encourage my clients to express themselves in the way that feels most authentic to them.
I explore many avenues in therapeutic interventions such as dream work and conversations about our cultures and spiritual practices in order to understand a client's holistic needs. I also utilize Jungian and Narrative therapy in order to release outdated stories that keep us stuck, unfulfilled and traumatized. I also use IFS and I am certified in EMDR.
I am passionate about helping individuals take charge and become the sole authors of their experiences and story. Clients can expect to receive coping tools that help prioritize, self-care and joy. We will laugh and there will be moments for tears. I welcomes all of the different parts that show up from sitting with ourselves and being intentional ourselves.
