My work with military families — stateside and abroad — and in emergency mental health has taught me how to show up quickly, listen carefully, and meet people exactly where they are.
I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I have a particular heart for rural communities, first responders, military families, and professionals (including physicians) who often put everyone else first.
