My ideal clients are adolescents, individuals, and families experiencing trauma, conflict, emotional overwhelm, communication challenges, behavioral concerns, anxiety, or major life transitions. Many come to therapy feeling disconnected, misunderstood, or stuck in unhealthy patterns. I provide a supportive, trauma-informed environment where clients feel heard and empowered while learning practical coping skills, emotional regulation, healthier communication, and tools to strengthen relationships and move toward healing and stability.

I offer a warm, trauma-informed approach focused on improving communication, emotional regulation, coping skills, and healthier relationships using CBT, DBT-informed skills, and strengths-based therapy.
