After experiencing trauma, it can feel like your sense of self is fragmented or broken. It can be exhausting, trying to move on with your life while carrying the burden of what has happened to you.
I specialize in working with fellow neuroqueer mystics in healing from trauma and embracing their unique gifts so that they can live a life that feels meaningful and whole. In addition to healing from trauma, I support folks in building actionable skills that support resilience and growth, as well as nurturing a curious and courageous space for identity development involving themes of gender, sexuality, social justice and spirituality.
Whether it's a single-event or complex (cumulative) trauma, trauma-informed therapy (such as EMDR and Somatic Counseling) can support you in finding safety and security in your body, mind and spirit. When you're not constantly trying to survive, you can free up your energy to work towards the life you dream of.
As a neurodivergent, lived experience counselor, I truly believe that each person has their own unique gifts to offer this world. I love working with other creative and sensitive individuals that so often fall through the cracks of our system, because I know that together we can build a world where we all belong.
