I also recognize how culture, family, faith, and identity shape our experiences and healing.
My approach is relational, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I believe symptoms, reactions, and coping strategies make sense when we understand their story. I integrate talk therapy with EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, and insight-oriented work based on each client's needs.
I believe therapy should be a space where you can be honest about what you're experiencing without feeling judged or having to have everything figured out. There is room for difficult conversations, laughter, curiosity, and genuine connection. My goal is to create a relationship where you feel understood while having the space to explore yourself more deeply
