Are you or your teen feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, intense emotions, or constant stress? Maybe school, friendships, or family conflict feels exhausting, and it’s hard to know how to move forward. Asking for help takes courage. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can share your story, explore what’s holding you back, and work toward the life you want. I’ve worked with teens transitioning into adulthood and individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, as well as other mental health challenges. As Carl Jung states, “we are not what happened to us, we are what we choose to become."
My specialty is working with children and adolescents, though I also have experience supporting adults. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and ACT, focusing on practical skills for emotional regulation, resilience, and coping. Most importantly, I listen first and tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs and goals.
Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your needs. My goal is to help you gain insight, build coping skills, and develop a stronger sense of self so you can move forward with confidence and hope.
