With over 10 years of experience using evidence based approaches working with children, adolescents, and families, Ive supported clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Although skill-building is an important part of therapy, I also help children and adolescents understand the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that contribute to their behaviors so that meaningful, lasting change can occur. Some sessions may focus more on play or practical strategies, while others emphasize processing emotions and building insight.
