My therapeutic practice is based on Buddhist compassion and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I work with alcohol and drug addiction as well as trauma and PTSD clients. I provide a traditional psychological perspective as well as a discovery of your life’s inner meaning, your strengths, your dreams, your creativity, your spirituality, and the socio-cultural context that surrounds you. I am able to create a nourishing, supportive environment that contributes to your healing and transformation.
I view our collaboration as a shared journey. Together we will identify your strengths and how to use them to transform disruptive patterns into a new way of experiencing yourself and alleviate the suffering that you are experiencing by accessing a deeper YOU.

This group is designed to help to learn interpersonal skills while socializing in a culturally diversified, hiking environment. This hiking activity is impossible to overestimate, especially its clinical value. I am addressing here social challenges, loneliness, shyness, and deficits in self-expression.
