I have been an outpatient counselor for 9 years, with a specialty in trauma. I treat a variety of diagnoses, but my passion lies in trauma based treatment. I have been trained and/or certified in 3 different trauma techniques, including EMDR. If you are experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, phobias and social anxiety/phobia, I can work with you on your unique experience while providing a safe environment to process your emotions.
I am trained/certified in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and flash technique. These techniques are evidence-based treatment approaches shown to help those of all ages overcome trauma-related difficulties.
